The Valedictory session of, 'Fun with English', the two-month long Community Extension Programme organized by the Department of English & Comparative Literature, Central University of Kerala, was held in the Department at 10. 30 PM today. 125 lower primary school children of Chalingal Government LP School accompanied by their headmistress and teachers attended the function.

      The Honorable Vice Chancellor, CU Kerala, Prof. H Venkateswarlu interacted with the children. The Head of the Department, Dr  Joseph Koyippally, the headmistress of the school, Smt. Sucheta and teacher, Ms. Rohini spoke on the occasion. The children of the school and the PG students of the Department presented various cultural programmes. Certificates were distributed to the students who had been engaging classes for the children from 12 January to 10 March.
