Central University of Kerala to hold Sixth Convocation on March 25th


Kasaragod: The Central University of Kerala is all set to hold its sixth Convocation ceremony on March 25th at 10 am. The event will take place in a specially prepared venue on the university campus. The ceremony will be presided over by Vice Chancellor Prof. H. Venkateshwarlu, and it will be attended by Union Minister of State for Education Dr. Subhas Sarkar and Union Minister of State for External Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs V. Muraleedharan.
 
The graduation ceremony will honor 1947 students who have completed their studies in 2021 and 2022. Out of these, 1567 students have registered to participate directly. The ceremony will award degrees to 82 bachelor's degree recipients, 1732 master's degree recipients, 57 Ph.D. degree recipients, 54 PG diploma degree recipients, and 22 certificate recipients.
 
The convocation program will be attended by university officials, including Registrar Dr. M. Muralidharan Nambiar, Controller of Examinations (i/c) Prof. M.N. Musthafa, Court Members, Executive Council Members, Academic Council Members, Finance Committee Members, Deans, Heads of Departments, Teachers, Staff, and People's Representatives.
 
An auditorium with a seating capacity of 2,000 people has been prepared for the graduation program, and various committees have been formed under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. H. Venkateshwarlu for the success of the program. The preparations for the program are in their final stages, said Registrar Dr. M. Muralidharan Nambiar in a press conference conducted to brief the details. Controller of Examinations (i/c) Prof. M.N. Musthafa, Dean Academic Dr. Amruth G. Kumar, Public Relations Officer K. Sujith, Media and Publicity Committee Convener Dr. T.K. Anish Kumar were also present at the press conference.
