Central University of Kerala Launches Civil Services Academy


Aiming to transform the aspirations of students into reality, the Central University of Kerala has taken a momentous step forward by establishing a Civil Services Academy. The inaugural ceremony, held at Sabarmati Hall, was graced by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. H. Venkateshwarlu, who expressed his commitment to providing top-notch training and opportunities to the students. Highlighting the significance of proper planning and hard work, the Vice Chancellor urged the students to seize this exceptional opportunity to accomplish their civil services ambitions.

Sub-Collector Sufiyan Ahmed was the chief guest of the programme. Registrar Dr. M. Muralidharan Nambiar and Placement Cell Director Prof. Joseph Koyippally, Chairman of the Civil Services Academy Prof. Amruth G Kumar, and Coordinator Dr. Ashalekshmi spoke. The Civil Services Academy will be dedicated to training selected students of the university, with admissions conducted through a rigorous examination process. The establishment of this academy bears testament to the visionary directive of the Vice Chancellor, who championed this initiative. To ensure comprehensive and enriching learning experiences, the academy will feature classes delivered by university faculty members as well as external experts.
