National Seminar on India's National Security: Challenges and Responses

The Centre for Defence and Security Studies at the Central University of Kerala is set to organise a two-day National Seminar titled ' India's National Security: Challenges and Responses'. Scheduled for January 23 and 24 at the University's Nilgiri Guest House, the event will be inaugurated by Vice Chancellor (I/c) Prof. K.C. Baiju. The keynote address will be delivered by Lieutenant General Cherish Mathson (Retd), Former GOC-in-C, South Western Command with School of Global Studies Dean Prof. K. Jayaprasad presiding. Eminent speakers such as Vice Admiral M.P. Muraleedharan (Retd.) Former Director-General, Indian Coast Guard, Captain (Dr) Sibapada Rath, College of Defence Management, Group Captain A.V. Chandrasekhar (Retd.), Former Indian Airforce Officer, and Prof. Mohanan Bhaskaran Pillai, Former Head, the Department of Politics and International Studies, Pondicherry University will lead various sessions.
