Three-storeyed Building Costing 38.16 Crores
The Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Bhavan, a three-storeyed building constructed at a cost of 38.16 crores, with 68,200 square feet was funded under the HEFA (Higher Education Financing Agency) scheme of the Union Ministry of Education. Initiated by the Central Public Works Department in 2020, the construction progressed steadily despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The design preserves the natural topography of the land while accommodating future university development plans.

The first floor houses the Vice Chancellor's Secretariat and a Conference Hall for Executive Council meetings.
