CUK Faculty Gets Fulbright-Nehru Postdoctoral Fellowship

The prestigious Fulbright-Nehru Postdoctoral Fellowship for the year 2024-2025 has been awarded to Dr. Prakash Babu Kodali, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Health and Community Medicine at the Central University of Kerala. The fellowship, administered by the United States - India Educational Foundation (USIEF), will enable Dr. Prakash Babu to undertake a year-long research project at the Center for Tobacco Control Research and Education, University of California, San Francisco. His research will focus on studying tobacco quit behaviour and access to cessation services among vulnerable communities in both India and the United States. The fellowship jointly funded by the US Department of State and India's Ministry of External Affairs will commence in October 2024 and run through October 2025.
