The University Library and UGC-Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (MMTTC), Central University of Kerala, inaugurated a Short-Term Programme on "Academic Writing and Publishing". The programme, which will run until 9th December 2024, aims to equip participants with essential skills in academic writing and publishing, fostering excellence in research and scholarly communication.

The inaugural session was marked by a welcome address from Dr. P. Senthilkumaran, Programme Coordinator. Prof. Vincent Mathew, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor (i/c) of Central University of Kerala, delivered the inaugural address. The felicitation address was presented by Prof. V.P. Joshith, Director of MMTTC. Dr. Mallikarjun Angadi, Librarian at NIT Surathkal, delivered the keynote address. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Sruthi K.V., Information Scientist at CUK.
