The Central University of Kerala elected its new Student Executive Council, and the oath-taking ceremony was held at Sabarmati Hall. Hon'ble Vice Chancellor (i/c) Prof. Joseph Koyippally administered the oath of office to the newly elected members. The council includes Vishnu Prasad O as President, Abdul Sahad N V as Secretary, Mallesh and Sreepriya P as Vice Presidents, Aysha Ayyoob as Joint Secretary, and Anusha M S and Rethu Raveendran K V as Council Members.

The event was attended by prominent university officials, including Registrar Dr. M. Muralidharan Nambiar, Controller of Examinations Dr. R. Jayaprakash, Dean Students’ Welfare Prof. Rajendra Pilankatta, Chief Election Officer Prof. Mathew George, Dr. Binoy T.A and Dr. Minimol M.C. .

In his congratulatory remarks, the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor (i/c) Prof. Joseph Koyippally assured the council of his full support for their future initiatives. He also highlighted the university’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing student welfare and development.
