NSS CUK in association with Department of Environmental Science is conducting a workshop on Mental Stress Management. Senior Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Vijayakumar Will address the NSS volunteers and students of Environmental Science.
The workshop will provide a special focus on how to cope up with academic stress and emotional intelligence. NSS will be continuing such stress management programmes in future.
