'Snehanidhi' charity initiative by NSS Unit-3

On 7th July 2021, the NSS Unit 3 volunteers of Central university of Kerala led by program officer Dr. Seema Chandran stepped forth an initiative of charity titled 'Snehanidhi'. As part of its inaugural stride our volunteers decided to help Imran, a kid from Peruthalmanna, (Malappuram) whose family was struggling to push through the financial burdens of his treatment, for one among the rarest disorders, SMA.

The collective efforts of student volunteers, helped in raising a sum of Rs.4003 within a short span of two days and transferred the sum via online to the family,spreading a little ray of hope and solace to the family to continue with the treatment.
