Hindi Fortnight inaugurated

The Hindi Fortnight 2021 was inaugurated by Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof.H.Venkateshwarlu on 14.09.2021 online.  In his inaugural speech, the Vice-Chancellor said that India is a multi-lingual nation and Hindi has an important role to connect the people of India together. The practical use of Hindi is to be promoted inside the University and also it should be spread into the neighboring society; he added. Prof. Rishabhadeo Sharma, Retd. Professor & Head, U.G. & Research Institute, Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Hyderabad delivered the key-note speech. He said that it is necessary to strengthen Hindi as the official language for bringing the common man more closer to the activities of the government. The inaugural ceremony was chaired by Dr.Taru S. Pawar, Head, Department of Hindi & Comparative Literature. Dr.Rajendra Pilankatta, Registrar In-charge and Dr.Sudha Balakrishnan, Professor, Department of Hindi & Comparative Literature felicitated the function. Dr.Anish Kumar.T.K, Hindi Officer delivered the welcome speech and Dr.Ram Binod Ray, Assistant Professor, Department of Hindi & Comparative Literature proposed vote of thanks. The Official Language Pledge was read  and the Hindi posters were released in the function.

Hindi Fortnight is conducted from 14^th September to 28^th September 2021. As part of the celebration, various Hindi competitions will be organized for the CUK Employees and students.

हिंदी पखवाड़े का उद्घाटन

हिंदी पखवाड़ा 2021 का उद्घाटन माननीय कुलपति प्रो. एच. वेंकटेश्वरलु जी द्वारा 14.09.2021 को ऑनलाइन तरीके से किया गया । अपने उद्घाटन भाषण में कुलपति जी ने कहा कि भारत एक बहुभाषी राष्ट्र है और भारत के लोगों को एक साथ जोड़ने में हिंदी की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है । हिन्दी के व्यावहारिक प्रयोग को विश्वविद्यालय के अंदर बढ़ावा देना है और साथ ही इसे पड़ोसी समाज में फैलानाभी चाहिए; आप ने जोड़ा । प्रो. ऋषभदेव शर्मा, सेवानिवृत्त प्रोफेसर और अध्यक्ष, यू.जी. एंड रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट, दक्षिण भारत हिंदी प्रचार सभा, हैदराबाद ने मुख्य भाषण दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि आम आदमी को सरकार की गतिविधियों के ज़्यादा करीब लाने के लिए राजभाषा के रूप में हिंदी को मजबूत करना जरूरी है। उद्घाटन समारोह की अध्यक्षता हिंदी एवं तुलनात्मक साहित्य विभाग के अध्यक्ष डॉ. तारू एस. पवार ने की। प्रभारी कुलसचिव डॉ. राजेंद्र पिलंकट्टा और हिंदी एवं तुलनात्मक साहित्य विभाग की आचार्य डॉ. सुधा बालकृष्णन ने समारोह में आशिर्वचन दिया ।  डॉ. अनीश कुमार टी.के., हिंदी अधिकारी ने स्वागत भाषण दिया और डॉ. राम बिनोद रे, सहायक आचार्य, हिंदी एवं तुलनात्मक साहित्य विभाग ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया ।  समारोह में राजभाषा प्रतिज्ञा का वाचन किया गया और हिंदी पोस्टरों का विमोचन भी किया गया।

हिंदी पखवाड़ा 14 सितंबर से 28 सितंबर 2021 तक आयोजित किया जाता है। समारोह के सिलसिले में, सीयूके कर्मचारियों और छात्रों के लिए विभिन्न हिंदी प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया जाएगा।
