Alzheimer's is the most common cause of Dementia,  a general term for memory loss and cognitive abilities serious enough to interfere with daily life.

Every year September 21 is observed as World Alzheimer's Day.The day aims to raise awareness  about Alzheimer's disease and Dementia.
