Dr. Santhosh Kumar N appointed as Registrar of Central University of Kerala

Dr. Santhosh Kumar N has been appointed as Registrar of Central University of Kerala. A native of Akathethara, Palakkad, Santhosh Kumar is the fourth Registrar of the University. Registrar-In-Charge Dr. Rajendra Pilankatta has handed over the charge to him. Formerly a professor in Mechanical Engineering Department at NSS Engineering College, Palakkad, Dr. Santhosh Kumar has an academic career spanning over three decades.  

Dr. Santhosh Kumar has published research papers in several peer-reviewed academic journals. He obtained post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering in 1995 and completed his research from IIT Madras in 2008. Started his academic career as an Assistant Professor in 1986, he retired from the service as professor in March, 2020. He was head of the Mechanical Engineering Department and Dean.
