Dear all,

This is a humble request to all of you to participate in the 'Organ Donation Consent Certificate' campaign which is being conducted under the aegis of the NSS UNIT-3, Central University of Kerala. 

Instructions to donors

1. Organ donation is only possible after the death/brain death of the donor and with the consent of the next of kin at the time of the donor's death.

2. Donors should register themselves via KERALA NETWORK FOR ORGAN SHARING REGISTRY, an official website of the Government of Kerala. Click on 'Donor card' and fill out the necessary details and upload photograph as per requirement.

3. A signed copy of pdf of the completed consent certificate should be sent to the concerned NSS volunteers.Donor can keep one pdf copy within you.

4. The campaign would last for 10 days. The consent certificates collected via this campaign would be handed over the the District Medical Officer, Kasargode District.
