Department of Computer Science, Central University of Kerala organized the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy sponsored five days online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on ‘Data Sciences’ (Advanced Level) on 07th February 2022. 

The program was inaugurated by Dr. Mahamad Suhil, Technical Manager (Artificial Intelligence) Standard Charted Global Business Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore, the presidential address given by Professor Vincent Mathew, Dean School of Physical Sciences, Central University of Kerala, and Professor R Rajesh, Head of the Department of Computer Science, felicitated in the inauguration, at the end vote of thanks given by Dr. Manohar Naik S, Assistant Professor Dept. of Computer Science. 

The coordinator of the program Dr. V. Kumar welcome the participants and resource person, and brief them about the program. Prof. Vincent Mathew addressed about the importance of Data Sciences in various domains. Dr. Mahamad Suhil mentioned about various applications of Data Sciences, Dr. R Rajesh addressed the importance of Data Science and its employment opportunities in various fields.
