Central University team in schools with 'Say and Speak English'

Central University of Kerala team with a special program called 'Say and Speak English' to train students who have difficulty in speaking English.

The group consists of Fifty first-semester M.A. English students. About 200 Malayalam medium students from the high school section of the Periya Govt. Higher Secondary School were trained in the first program.

The group conducted a three-hour event to learn the language and to understand the reasons for its reluctance to speak, to help those who are trembling in the congregation to survive, to take the stage individually and collectively, to help them respond in English by giving them different contexts, and to give them confidence through games including word games.

Students Aparna Murali Krishnan, Akhila Nair, Chaithanya Sasindran, Lisha Kunjumon, Muntaha, Ruth Miriam Varghese, Assistant Professor of English Dr. Efthikar Ahamed led the session.
