The tournament was conducted in Navodaya Gound Periye. Dr. Muralidharan Nambiar, Registrar, Central University of Kerala inaugurated the tournament. Separate competitions were conducted for men and women. 8 teams in the Men section and 4 teams in the women section participated in the tournament. In the mens section, School physical education was the winners and the school of medicine and public health was runnerup. In the women section, school of economics won the 1st place and school of global studies won the 2nd place. A Men team of 20 players were selected to represent the South Zone Inter-University Tournament conducted by the Calicut University from 23-30 December 2022. Dr. Anwar Sadath, Asst. Professor, Department of Economics accompanied the team as the team manager and Mr. Rajesh Kumar was the Coach.

From the Tournament 25 Men players are selected for the 1 month Coaching Camp. According to their performance in the camp, 16 players were selected to represent the South Zone Inter-University Tournament held at Reva University, Bangalore

Inter-School Cricket Tournament was conducted on 24-27 November 2023 at University Ground. In Men competition 12 Schools participated and Women section, 4 Schools participated. Winners in the Men Section : School of Physical Sciences. Runners Up: School of Medicine and Public Health. Winners in the Women Section: School of Languages and Comparative Literature. Runners Up: School of Physical Sciences.

• Master Jayan B, Taekwondo Coach 5Dan Black Belt, International referee & International Player. NIS certified coach, Sports authority of India, Patiala conducted the one month training programme.
